Find the Right Path Back to Peak Performance
At The Movement Lab, every service starts with the same question: what is actually causing this? Whether you're rehabbing an injury or ready to train harder, we find the root cause and build you back stronger.

Common Questions
Everything you need to know about our services, our approach, and what to expect.
Do you accept insurance?
We're a cash-based, out-of-network clinic — you pay directly for care. We provide superbills you can submit for possible reimbursement through your plan's out-of-network benefits. We accept HSA, FSA, Affirm, CareCredit, credit cards, cash, and Venmo.
Do I need a doctor's referral?
No referral needed. Oklahoma law allows direct access to physical therapy, so you can come straight to us without seeing a physician first. Most patients are able to start care the same week they reach out.
How is this different from the PT I've done before?
Every provider at The Movement Lab is a Doctor of Physical Therapy with advanced performance certifications. Your full hour is spent one-on-one with your DPT — no aides, no hand-offs, no shared time. We don't manage symptoms and send you home. We find the root cause, address it hands-on every session, and build you back to performing at a higher level than before.
How do I know which service is right for me?
Start with a free 15-minute discovery call. We'll learn what you're dealing with and point you toward the right service. Most people begin with Performance PT or Running PT and transition into Performance Training once they're ready to build strength and performance.
What does the first visit look like?
Your initial evaluation is a full 60 minutes. We review your history, run a full body movement analysis, deliver hands-on treatment to address what's limiting you right now, and build a personalized plan based on your actual goals — not a generic protocol. You leave with a clear picture of what's going on and a plan to fix it.
